My name is Norbert Veres, and I received a ticket in Kistarcsa, Hungary, for speeding around December 15, 2023. The citation is nTG.98.LB.446139/2023, and the authentication code is ibxCHw.

At first, I would like to state that I haven’t been to Belgium since I was born. I spent that day renovating my house in Kistarcsa. Additionally, I couldn’t have been to Belgium without having any motorway tolls paid and other tickets or penalties received from other countries. I haven’t had any records on my personal ID number (905658BE) abroad in the last few months.

My vehicle is a black Skoda Octavia of the year 2000 with specs of 1.6 gasoline and five doors. There must be a sticker saying “baby on board” on the back glass of the car. I would like to state that I must be a victim of fraud, or the license plate must have been retrieved wrongly. Accordingly, I would like to request the camera footage on which the driver is also visible.

I am requesting that, knowing this information, you consider retracting this fine or any additional penalties. Thank you for your time and consideration.
